Hello, I'm Karthik Pallamala, a Data Analyst with internship experience in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau and Python, from cleaning and validating data to building dashboards and reports.

Insurance Sales Performance Analytics Dashboard

Problem: Branch teams had no unified view to track new, cross-sell and renewal sales.
Approach: Consolidated 4 Excel data sources into a 6-metric dashboard covering revenue pipeline, target vs. actual and win rates.
Result: One shared view for branch reviews, making review cycles faster.

Project 02

HR Workforce Analytics & Attrition Prediction Dashboard

Problem: Employee turnover of 25–30% with no clear view of what was driving it.
Approach: Analysed 100,000+ records across two 50K datasets and built 6 KPIs: income correlation, work-life balance and promotion gap.
Result: Data-backed attrition drivers for HR decisions, with less manual reporting effort.

Delivery Trust Intelligence Dashboard – NextDrop

Problem: A hyperlocal delivery platform needed to understand where ETA accuracy was breaking down.
Approach: Structured 7,500+ records and used SQL and Python to find ETA accuracy bottlenecks, then built Power BI KPI scorecards.
Result: Executive-ready dashboards with strategic recommendations.
